Coupon Lingo and Codes: Unlocked!
For those of you new to couponing, all the different codes can seem daunting at first. Its like learning a mini-language, but once you've got it down, you're good to go! For your convenience, I have added a list of common coupon lingo in my sidebar and in this post. Please refer to these when deciphering my deals that I post each each week!
MF = manufacture's coupon
OOP = out of pocket
BOGO = Buy one get one free
MIR = Mail In Rebate
2/18= The date of when a coupon was issued in a Sunday Newspaper insert
GM= General Mills insert
P&G= Proctor and Gamble insert
RP= Red Plum coupon insert
SS= Smart Source coupon insert
0.50/1= fifty cents off of one coupon
MM= Meijer Mealbox coupon
RR = Register Rewards (these print off after your reciept and can be used at Walgreens as store credit for next time.)
ESR = easy saver rebate (Walgreens rebates)
ECB = Extra Care Bucks (just like RR except these are for CVS and you need to use your CVS card in order to get them)
