I want it. I want the total money makeover! My favorite thing to do as far as being frugal is eating at home, because you can not only determine the calories in each meal, but save lots of money doing it. Plus, the food always test better!

I save money by shopping at discount clothing stores, such as Ross or Marshals. For a professional who is required to dress up everyday at the office, work clothes can become a big expense. However, with a bit of time and effort, I can find great, quality (and name brand) pieces at these 2nd hand stores and no one at the office knows I didn't pay top dollar for them!

My husband put up a clothes line for me to dry the clothes outside. I've also switched to cloth napkins.

My favorite frugal tip is to reuse everything. Cut up old clothesint rags nstead of buying paper towels. Use water from boiling/steamin vegies in your garden (let it cool first).

Limiting eating out. It is so easy to go ahead and eat out.............because we are out and hungry. It takes discipline to limit this especially in the summer when the kids are out of school.

My favorite tip is buying vegetables and fruit in season. I love summer time when strawberries and blueberries are in season and you can get great prices on them to make jam or just enjoy for a yummy snack!

I am a big fan of cloth diapers! If you're not careful you can get addicted and then it's not very money saving, but it's a great start! Plus, we always grow at least a few veggies!

I always try to save at the grocery stores by shopping at stores that doubles coupons and making sure the product is on sale also.

I like saving money by making my own cleaning products. I never realized until recently how expensive cleaning products really are!

My husband's favorite frugal tip is this : "Stay away from The Children's Place!" But seriously, I use a mixture of vinegar and water to clean my tubs and showers. Much cheaper and smells better, believe it or not, than most shower cleaners on the market. Works good too.

Hi I have several money saving tips but the best one for me has been staying away from the mall. It's hard to believe but in the past 6 months I'd be surprized if I had been to a mall 3X in that period. If I don't have a specific shopping agenda then I don't shop. That has saved me $1000's of dollars. I have made the decision that I really don't Need any new clothes or shoes and things have been fine.

My favorite frugal tip is to plant a garden.
Everything tastes better if you grow it yourself, and fresh herbs, veggies, and berries can be grown for a fraction of the cost in the grocery store.
